who wish to list their products on ApniMart.

Who Can Become a Seller
Only local physical shops can list on ApniMart.
To be eligible, a seller must:
- Have a real, physical shop in the town
- Be locally known or verifiable
- Sell genuine products
- Agree to direct customer communication
- Follow honest pricing practices
Online-only sellers are not allowed.
Seller Verification Process
Every seller on ApniMart is personally verified before listing.
Verification includes:
- Shop name and address verification
- Local presence check
- Product category review
- Seller reputation check
ApniMart reserves the right to accept or reject any seller
without providing a reason.
Product Listing Rules
Sellers must follow these rules while listing products:
- Product details must be accurate and honest
- No fake discounts or misleading pricing
- Product images should represent the real product
- Price ranges must be explained clearly
- Availability and delivery timelines must be communicated honestly
Pricing and Payment
ApniMart does not control product pricing.
Sellers:
- Decide their own prices
- Communicate prices directly to customers
- Receive payments directly from customers
Payment methods allowed:
- UPI
- Cash on delivery
ApniMart does not collect or handle payments.
Order Handling Responsibility
All orders are handled directly between the seller and the customer.
Sellers are responsible for:
- Responding to customer WhatsApp messages
- Sharing correct product information
- Confirming prices and delivery timelines
- Handling delivery or pickup
- Managing exchanges or issue resolution
ApniMart does not interfere in order execution.
Maintaining Customer Trust
Sellers are expected to:
- Communicate politely and clearly
- Avoid pressure selling
- Allow customers to ask questions
- Support video call requests when possible
- Respect customer decisions
Any behavior that harms customer trust
may lead to delisting.
No Commission Policy
ApniMart does not charge any commission to sellers.
There are:
- No listing fees
- No order fees
- No hidden charges
This may change in the future,
but sellers will always be informed clearly in advance.
Delisting and Removal
ApniMart reserves the right to:
- Temporarily suspend a seller
- Remove a seller permanently
Reasons may include:
- Repeated customer complaints
- Fake pricing or misleading information
- Non-cooperation with customers
- Violation of ApniMart policies
Delisting decisions are final.
These terms may be updated from time to time.
Sellers are encouraged to review this page regularly.
